По мере того, как мы приближаемся к наступающему Рош ха-Шана — времени размышлений и обновления — важно остановиться и отметить то, что было достигнуто, а также усилия, предпринятые в уходящем году для укрепления диалога и взаимопонимания. Еврейская Община Республики Молдова вновь подтверждает свою глубокую приверженность историческим узам дружбы между Республикой Молдова и Государством Израиль. Эти узы, основанные на общих ценностях, культурном наследии и взаимном уважении, продолжают развиваться и открывают новые возможности для сотрудничества. В этом духе мы отмечаем уравновешенный подход, которого придерживались власти Молдовы в своем диалоге с Израилем, в том числе по таким чувствительным вопросам, как паломничество в Умань. Несмотря на сохраняющиеся вызовы, готовность вести конструктивный и ответственный диалог заслуживает признательности. Мы также с уважением отмечаем решение Республики Молдова воздержаться при недавнем голосовании на Генеральной Ассамблее ООН по «Нью-Йоркской декларации о мирном урегулировании вопроса о Палестине и решении о двух государствах». Этот шаг свидетельствует о стремлении Молдовы действовать взвешенно и ответственно на международной арене. Наша благодарность адресована обеим посольствам — Посольству Республики Молдова в Израиле во главе с послом Александром Ройтманом и Посольству Израиля в Молдове во главе с послом Йорамом Элроном, — чья самоотверженная работа продолжает укреплять сотрудничество и взаимное уважение между нашими странами. Как община, мы с надеждой и уверенностью смотрим в будущее, будучи убеждены, что благодаря постоянному диалогу, взаимному доверию и общим стремлениям дружба между нашими народами станет еще прочнее.

Pe măsură ce ne apropiem de Rosh ha-Shana, un timp al reflecției și al reînnoirii, este important să ne oprim și să recunoaștem ceea ce s-a realizat și eforturile depuse în anul care a trecut pentru a consolida dialogul și înțelegerea reciprocă. Comunitatea Evreiască din Republica Moldova își reafirmă angajamentul profund față de conexiunile istorice de prietenie dintre Republica Moldova și Statul Israel 
. Clădite pe valori comune, patrimoniu cultural și respect reciproc, ele continuă să se dezvolte și să ofere noi oportunități de cooperare. În acest spirit, recunoaștem abordarea echilibrată adoptată de autoritățile Republicii Moldova în dialogul cu Israelul, inclusiv pe subiecte sensibile precum pelerinajul la Uman. Deși provocările persistă, disponibilitatea de a se angaja într-un dialog constructiv și responsabil merită apreciere. Remarcăm, de asemenea, cu respect decizia Republicii Moldova de a se abține la recenta votare din cadrul Adunării Generale a Organizației Națiunilor Unite asupra „Declarației de la New York privind reglementarea pașnică a problemei Palestinei și soluția celor două state”. Aceasta demonstrează intenția Moldovei de a acționa cu reflecție și simț al responsabilității pe plan internațional. Recunoștința noastră se îndreaptă și către ambele ambasade — Ambasada Republicii Moldova în Statul Israel, condusă de ES Ambasadorul Alexandr Roitman, și Ambasada Israelului în Moldova, condusă de ES Ambasadorul Yoram Elron — ale căror eforturi dedicate continuă să apropie și mai mult cele două state. Ca și comunitate, privim cu speranță și încredere spre viitor, convinși că, prin dialog constant, încredere reciprocă și aspirații comune, prietenia dintre popoarele noastre va deveni tot mai puternică.

As we approach the upcoming Rosh ha-Shana, a time of reflection and renewal, it is important to pause and acknowledge what has been achieved and the efforts made over the past year to strengthen dialogue and understanding. The Jewish Community of the Republic of Moldova reaffirms its deep commitment to the historic ties of friendship between the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel. These ties, built on shared values, cultural heritage, and mutual respect, continue to develop and offer new opportunities for cooperation. In this spirit, we recognize the balanced approach taken by the Moldovan authorities in their dialogue with Israel, including on sensitive issues such as the pilgrimage to Uman. While challenges remain, the willingness to engage constructively and responsibly deserves appreciation. We also note with respect the decision of the Republic of Moldova to abstain in the recent vote at the United Nations General Assembly on the “New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Two-State Solution.” This demonstrates Moldova’s intention to act thoughtfully and with a sense of responsibility in the international arena. Our gratitude extends to both embassies — the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Israel, led by HE Ambassador Alexandr Roitman, and the Embassy of Israel in Moldova, led by HE Ambassador Yoram Elron Yoram Elron — whose dedicated efforts continue to bring our two countries closer together. As a community, we look ahead with hope and confidence that, through ongoing dialogue, mutual trust, and shared aspirations, the friendship between our peoples will grow ever stronger.
